My mate has a hub and he has a user from australia trying to get into his hub.
He is using PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.0 build 17.08 [debug] and has the following error
[ERR] 124.243.162.114: $Lock send error. Err: WSAECONNRESET (10054)
he gets this error through
pdxudpreceiver
is there a solution to this error?

Sound like his client [for as of yet an unknown reason] has not responded to the $Lock sent from the hub. After a certain period [PPK can confirm the length Px will wait] a timeout will occur.
This could stem from a faulty client a misconfigured firewall or NAT or a host of other reasons.
More facts please, if available.

Yes, but that PX version is still outdated. :-)

In my opinion this is caused by bug in windows sockets. Client have connected, but it is not possible to send or receive any data, and on server this connection get this socket error
//EDIT
And it is not timeout, it get error after socket is accepted when hub try to send first data

In fact it often is, still through no fault of the host [hub] in almost all cases.

Connection reset by peer.
Explanation:
A connection was forcibly closed by a peer. This normally results from a loss of the connection on the remote socket due to a timeout or a restart. |
